I have this recipe from my friend from Bacau. It is an extraordinary appetizer, perfect for a festive meal, a breakfast or a snack when watching a movie, match, etc;)
- 8 eggs;
- 200 gr. flour;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder;
- 6 tablespoons oil (preferably olive);
- salt;
- pepper;
- 400 gr. pressed ham (or other sausages);
- 300 gr. grated cheese;
- seedless olives (as many as we want);
- 2 donuts in vinegar (drained well and finely chopped)
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer check:
Mix eggs with flour and baking powder. Add the oil.
Finely chop the pressed ham, olives, donuts, grate the cheese and add them over the previous composition. Season with salt, pepper and mix.
Wallpaper a large tray of cake / cake with baking paper or oil and flour and pour the composition obtained. Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until nicely browned. The first 20 minutes we do not open the oven door!
Let cool on a wire rack and cut into slices.
