The obtained mixture is thinned by adding a part of the beaten egg whites, after which it is mixed well, and after that the rest of the beaten egg whites are added, mixing lightly. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the cake has risen and started to crack on the surface, and the middle is no longer liquid.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the pan in which it was baked as it cools. The middle will be left, but you should not be scared, because this is what this cake should look like.

To finish the cake, melt the chocolate and let it cool a bit. Whip the cream until it becomes slightly aerated, then add the vanilla extract and incorporate the melted chocolate.

Fill the crater in the middle of the cake with chocolate cream and whipped cream and decorate with small chocolate eggs.
