here is a hot, quick and healthy snack
- 200 gr spaghetti
- 10 fresh mushrooms
- 1 capsicum or smaller fat
- 1 small onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, green parsley

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with vegetables:
